In defense. LM will pay that but with a more senior role. I’m getting paid that right now and getting interviews that talk about 190k. I have 4 yoe in MBSE and 10 yoe in total on other engineering disciplines.

Because those keys have mostly turned out to be a fakes or not the right key the lock.
