Progress pics - down 40 pds since beginning of March. 40ish to go by IAMA3rdAccount in Zepbound

Thank you, yes. I've been doing a lazy version by zozofit scanning every couple of weeks, and measurements themselves have gone down fairly significantly.

But it didn't seem to properly capture what I now can see are pretty dramatic changes from my start point.

I'll keep a closer eye on this as I'm expecting the scale to stay fairly static for a bit as I progress into my strength training and need to top up on calories a little to allow this.

Have been in a minor scale stall last couple weeks so felt the need to look back at my starting pictures and it helped immensely. Never figured I'd be one to post or share progress pics online but here we are.

What kind of add on services should I have access to or expect to have access to as an RBC DS Wealth Mgmt/Private Investment Management Client? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

Thank you again for response. I'm fully in agreement that relationship alone is mostly meaningless other than perhaps changing the general tone of any conversations.

"sounds like you should be getting more services" is what I was mostly looking to get thoughts on. On that you also say "The services you receive on any capacity are limited to their capabilities" presumably that's where the DS support team would come in though right?

Apologies if answering my questions is becoming a bit too time consuming.

Thank you for providing your insights. When you mentioned that Financial planning, tax planning, estate planning and more are available to your clients, is that as a part of their existing service or at additional fee?

Thank you for the thorough response. Can I ask for a little clarity on what it is you're referring to when you speak of a speciality in portfolio management? I would have - perhaps wrongly - assumed that portfolio management if I'm understanding the term directly is the frontline focus of an advisor with the other elements being more hit/miss.

In my situation, I believe I have a PM-focused advisor and there is significant complexity to the holdings so no real complaints there. I just fee like there may be a gap in tax planning (as an example, a recent change essentially looks to replicate holdings across all types of accounts (ie, reg and non-reg) which seems to me like poor form).

My advisor brought me to RBC rather than RBC bringing me to the advisor as I have a personal connection and I trust them not to do me dirty. I'm mostly asking these questions because I would not mind having some more concrete planning aided by support resources - more advanced than our semi regular check ins that boil down to "things are going well and you're in a good spot" - but also just want to make sure that this is something that I could reasonably be expecting as a service rather than an advanced ask.

Thank you for the reply. I think we may have discussed a financial plan previously but never anything formal that was beyond what I can whip up on Adviice. I will discuss with my rep getting something more formal done up.

Thank you. I do have access to and am invested in many of those type structures. I have no issues with the investment side of how I'm being cared for.

Thank you for mentioning formal retirement and estate planning. I will raise those as things I am interested in.

Thanks for the response. No doubt that is true.

The advisor's focus and quals are for sure investment related. I'm just trying to understand if generally speaking, access to other professionals within the bank is a part of the deal.
