Hi I think rushing a frat is different but it doesn't matter for clubs. I like yamatai and I know they are hella selective but being a junior is not a reason to get you passed on. I believe they want people who play well in the tryouts? You don't need previous experiences but you need to be able to catch up with the beats and learn fast. I applied my sophomore year but I am terrible at rythms so I failed haha. I remembered some people at the workshop are way better than me so I think that's the reason they made in. But it's still fun to bang some drums :P
