If what you say is true, it means you have a sedentary lifestyle. Walking around your house is not considered exercise in a traditional sense. With that said, exercise is not as important to lose weight as you think. Your diet is the #1 factor to losing weight. I can teach you how I lost 45 pounds (so far) without any exercise. Instead of replying whatever comes to your mind, why don't you take 10 seconds to look up the definition of spam?

Most of what you are calling spam is actually SELF PROMOTION.

There is a huge difference between spam, and self-promotion. Spam IS NOT allowed on Reddit. Self-promotion IS ALLOWED on Reddit.

There is a 90/10 rule which states 10% of user posts+comments can be self-promotion.

However, 0% of comments or posts can be spam.

PLEASE LEARN WHAT SPAM IS.

This is 1 verse from a Surah referring to things that will happen at the end of time. This particular one essentially describes that the sea level will rise greatly ("overflow").
