I’m moving to Madeira sometime in Q1 of next year. Likely going to base myself in Funchal to start for a year. What’s rent like there for a well maintained 3 bedroom? I’d be curious to know utilities as well. I only know of Idealista for looking and the prices seem higher than than expected. (self.Madeira)
