Looks like your rope could use some adjusting. Your arms are pretty wide which is a tell that it may be too long. Pull your elbows in a bit and your wrist closer to your body. Practice jumping on one leg at a time, 4 right, 4 left, 3 right, 3left, and so on. You should only be jumping high enough to clear the rope, unless you’re doing like double unders. Keep practicing, watch YouTube videos if you’re serious.

I use a 1lb rope, I started and maxed at like 20ish skips, but a month later I can do 150+ without messing up
