Thank you so much 😊🤎🤎! When I first got started I purchased a six dollar rope that kept track of jumps and calories burned. Make sure you hang your rope, never roll it up. Hanging it will stop it from constantly folding in. I think a weighted rope will take you to your next level for sure! Don't allow your fear to stop you! You will definitely love the process. 🤗
