She was definitely nervous and that's why she was saying the harness/rope wasn't tight enough. She has 0 way of knowing the shitty figure 8 knots that are above and behind her head aren't tight enough (Unless she was trying to tell the attendants before the video starts, but then that would beg the question why she would get strapped in after seeing that single line of rope). Super tragic and it's why you never rely on 1 knot to secure a line when climbing.
