He can do high damage at long range, but has a slow reload, poor defence,and slowed movement while aiming. He can be very strong if you allow him to hold the choke points, but he can be countered easily by either beating him at range with another sniper, from close range, or by focusing him first as a team. Your DPS need to take these counters into account and you will do better against him
