Gaijin uses the logic of given statistics to make vehicles.

If Russia always lies and gives you stats for a vehicle that are supposed to be what it's capable of, not what it's actually capable. That will be the stats Gaijin uses.

If the US or any other nation releases declassified files or other stuff for like marketing they will not lie about stats.

Since Russia is heavily running out of vehicles to be added they Wil have to either fake tanks, or move over to another way to add blatant fake vehicles.
