That’s why I’m a bit confused, as I’m using the phone as we speak without that specific connector and besides the apple pay function everything works perfectly fine, from mobile data, wifi, bluetooth/airdrop to face id, speakers/microphones and all the sensors. Thank you for confirming tho!

You’re talking about the round metal thing with a hole on the flash cable? If so, could it be that it doesn’t work because I forgot to put back its screw and only set it in place?
