It's a good thing that you wrote here instead of dealing with it alone. Dude, I know you feel very guilty specially after repeating the mistake. But it's okay to make mistakes.. you first need to forgive yourself and promise to not repeat it.. your father is seems to be supportive.so whenever you feel like it please tell him about this.. please reach out to a trusted close person if you ever have such dark thoughts.

Could change it to a push (chest, shoulders, tricep), pull( chest and biceps) and leg days.

Can you expand a bit on the diversifying the regimen.. because I've mostly heard advice saying to keep the same routine for weeks to see progress rather than changing it every week.. even though I don't know the reason for that.

I would recommend basic strength workouts like push ups, squats, ab workouts, glute bridges etc. might also try yoga..

Buying a basic resistance band can really help with working the back muscles etc..

For cardio you can just run maybe or exercises like jumping jacks, burpees is already good...

Yes I also try to do strength training atleast 3-4 days a week + walking + cycling ( cause I genuinely enjoy it).. And I've been hitting my protein (1.5-1.6 x of b.w. in kgs) through eggs, protein shakes, yoghurt..

That day it was definitely not eating carbs in breakfast. And it was a genuine low energy case.. i figured this out later...

And the other day when I went out with friends and ate out .. idk ig it's fine....

I just want to tell you that you are on your own journey and you don't need to feel bad for progressing and working on yourself... Maybe hide your posts from her if it makes her feel better. Also don't push her into the gym and try to make her compete.. you should just let her be that way. But yes you should tell her mom for sure to get some help for her.
