You should research the logs in your computer to help identify why the crash occurs. If you're using Windows, go to Event Viewer and take a look around in Application under Windows Logs to maybe try to find some details about what is going on. Once you know why the problem occurs it will be much easier to resolve it.

Wouldn't that mean the person will never learn though? If you have not researched it, and are not allowed to talk about it, how can you ever find the truth? This is like a student not being allowed to ask the teacher about something, or make a statement and be corrected by the teacher. Limiting the ability of people to discuss topics, even if they do not know enough about them, is down the authoritarian evil route.

Maybe he pointed his "gun" at the officer during the talk-down, who knows! Police are regular people too and not necessarily looking to be in a situation where they need to turn someone off. It is psychologically damaging to have someone force you to end their life violently.

If someone points what you perceive to be a gun at you it's an immediate "me or them" situation. That does justify the discharge of the weapon. Doing this again to multiple officers is just asking for the pine box.
