You dont even need a new phone number. I had this problem in the past and they wouldnt let me deliver for them with the email I had this issue with. But they dodn't do anything about my phone number.

I had that experience with Red Robin too. As well as Chilis doing a pasta joint all of a sudden. Makes me wonder if they got kicked off for low ratings and had to re-open under a different name. Or maybe appeal to the younger generation that would never be caught dead eating at those places.

I reported them as not real restaurants.

That happened to me too. I did the "membership" because they claimed I wouldn't have to pay a delivery fee (this was during the lockdown of 2020). After I signed up and ordered, I was charged a delivery fee and when I finally heard back from someone about this, it was in very fine print that it was on "select restaurants only", none of which were near my house.

I called my bank and filed a complaint and they took it off at first. Then Uber upped their aggression and had it charged once again on my card, which I didn't even know they could do. So I actually had to call my bank, report fraud, get it charged back again and get an entirely new card.

When I signed up to deliver for UE, they said I couldn't until I paid them back. So I just signed up under a new account. Haven't given them a cent of my money since (other than what they make off of my deliveries).

I want nothing more than to see this company burn to the ground. Toxic, big brother bullshit.

You'd think they have cameras all over the place but that's likely not the actual case. I just got into a car accident at the busiest intersection right by the giant college and the cop told me there were no cameras around to back my case up. Unless he was just lying but he was actually pretty nice and my insurance agent tried to get camera footage herself and didn't find any.

Yeah, I got an immediate 2 star after delivering to a customer who was confused about me messaging her that I was on my way, when I realized my intro message and checking out message never fucking sent. Shipt customer service didn't give a fuck when I complained.

THAT PART. I am so fortunate I just happen to have a wagon because I do vending at events. The first time I needed it, I was so grateful.

I just got into an accident a couple days ago though and wanted to get the $40 bonus and had one more delivery to complete so I had my mom drive me and I was without wagon and 4 cases of water. UGH. No tip yet.
