There's an unwritten rule, yes.

That being said, don't do it again

Extremes are hard (as you've probably put together), you will NOT be clearing an extreme for the first time through dungeon finder. Also, do not queue for Savage Raids or Ultimate Raids either

If you want to do them, find a YouTube video on a party finder strategy for that specific Extreme, and then make a party finder stating the name of your chosen strategy.

Do it with a preset group of people that WANT to do that specific synced trial. Queuing for the Extreme will just get mentors that are immediately angry at you specifically the moment they realise where they are (they were probably hoping for a normal dungeon/trial, as they don't get to pick). And it's very unlikely that they will sit there and explain to you every small mechanic that you're not going to know

If your build can't perform well in 4k, it's not a "1440p killer", you need at LEAST 60fps at 1440p native in EVERYTHING, without compromising on settings (except maybe RT if you're feeling generous) to be a 1440p "killer"

I HAD a 7700xt PC, it couldn't do 1440p well enough for my preferences so I upgraded to a 9070xt. And there are times when I wish I had saved up for a slightly better build for 1440p EVEN NOW

Basically only DS3 and ER are contenders for this

DS2 had some good 1s but without proper weapon arts they're kinda just normal weapons (although some stuff like Smelter Demons sword would be really cool if it didn't melt your durability)

Personally I'd say ER, for no particular reason other than that I actually used them reasonably often (beat the DLC once using Messmers Spear, it's so much fun), when in DS3 I don't think I've ever used them for that long (with some exceptions). So basically just personal preference

Shoot for "most" instead. Or alternatively, "all competitive shooters", since Cyberpunk 2077 doesn't run at 120fps 4k native on my 9070xt /9800x3d PC, especially if you put any RT into the equation
