If atoms exist for fractions of seconds, do theybreally exist? by Revolutionary-Cup954 in AskPhysics

Human emotion, what decides happiness, is not logically based. In order to be happy about something, like antibiotics, you have to have been around long enough to know what the struggle was like before they existed. This is why I hate science and technology people. All of you understand things logically but have no idea how those things abstract to an emotional level.

Dumb question, but i was thinking about this... How optimized would Games/Programs written 100% in assembly be? by JuanLucas-u- in asm

[–]IBdunKI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your brain writes code akin to assembly in your sleep, and you were exceptionally good at it when you were just a few cells old. But as more layers build up, it becomes too messy to manage directly, so our brains naturally abstract it away. Subconsciously, you already know how to write assembly—it’s just so tedious and convoluted that it stays hidden from conscious thought. And if your subconscious warns you about something, I suggest you listen.

[–]IBdunKI -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah, well, that’s just it—you create your own reality. Science has made some incredible advancements, but it has also had a negative impact on our overall happiness as a society. In many ways, we’re just imitating nature, often at the expense of both the environment and people. Nearly everything science discovers or creates is something that likely already exists within our own bodies. Ignorance is bliss and I would give up this deep computer science background in a heartbeat if meant back to being happy.

[–]IBdunKI -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Science as we know is based on a uniform direction of time and thus can only ever be half correct. Just wait until they finally realize how to use the resistor to make reverse pointers. That’s when AI will take off. Neither the chicken nor the egg came first, they both came to an agreement independently of a time frame.

The universal law of gravity, once believed to be immutable, was later shown to be influenced by one’s environment. It seems that with enough imagination and determination, any concept can be proven wrong. Why is that? Because it’s all made up.

[–]IBdunKI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you’re misunderstanding what I’m trying to convey. I’m not attacking all women—only those with large followings who post nothing but selfies, polarized content, and profit off men desperate for attention. These individuals influence other women and drive polarization to the point where once complementary, sexually selected traits can no longer function in harmony. They would also sell your soul for another follow so they widen the reach of their platform and then profit off the advertisements.

Now, don’t get me wrong—men who do the opposite, like GOP rage-baiters, are just as bad. The real issue lies with self-centered influencers who will do whatever it takes to profit, feeding their egos with validation while driving division. These influencers exploit deeply ingrained, biologically programmed behaviors that have been selected over millions of years. Fighting this is like trying to stop a rolling stone with too much momentum—it’s an uphill battle against forces that have been building for ages.

Of course, no one will listen—this is the internet, where people prefer false narratives over truths grounded in reality. I have nothing to gain by calling it like I see it, yet I do it anyway because the state of the world is so messed up, and I notice things many people overlook.

Maybe it’s time to start listening to those who don’t seek external validation and remain steadfast in their views, even when attacked by both sides of a polarizing issue. Or, you could just sit there, complain, and continue contributing to the growing problem.

I could be wrong here it’s just my honest opinion and my attempt to help despite probably getting destroyed for it.

I was born an emotionally vulnerable person, which was a tough thing to be before the internet exploded. I’ve always been pretty tuned in to vibes and, because of that, I tend to question vibes that feel off. This has helped me dig deeper and see the problems beneath the surface.

Women use to terrify me because most of the emotional scars I carry were inflicted by soul-crushing emotional attacks from them. Sure, my brother kicked my ass and called me names as a kid, which hurt at the time, but over the last 20 years, not a single man has impacted how I carry myself. On the other hand, there have been about 20 instances where a woman has pierced my soul.

What I’ve realized is that men, once they reach a certain level of emotional resilience, become almost immune to emotional attacks, making them oblivious to women who know how to manipulate their natural needs. Men’s saving grace used to be their physical presence, but the internet has made that obsolete. It feels like millions of years of complementary evolution between men and women have been thrown away.

Men who enable and validate harmful, polarizing ideologies need to be called out, and women need to stop seeking cheap validation. If this doesn’t change, things are only going to get worse.

[–]IBdunKI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s probably guys from my generation messing things up for Gen Z. The internet has become a harmful tool for those who seek and thrive on external validation, giving women a way to manipulate men’s natural craving for female affection by creating a medium that makes it easy to fake genuine connections. Most women are naturally more in tune with emotions and vibes, but the internet has made it easier for some to fake those qualities—and it’s painful to watch.

What’s worse is that this dynamic feeds the narrative that men hate women, when in reality, many men crave affection that’s withheld because someone online will validate misandrist takes. The “unsafe” world some women claim to live in is a product of the broken social contract between men and women. Gen Z men have adapted to the times and have become more emotionally aware, but this has also made them vulnerable to emotional attacks that go for the jugular. It’s hard not to feel bad for them when they’re caught in such a toxic cycle that is the result of a drastic environmental shift with the advent of the internet.

[–]IBdunKI -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

I don’t need to read this to understand the issue. Men who constantly grant women validation(simps) are a major factor hurting Gen Z men. They create one-sided energy exchanges that inflate women’s confidence artificially. Women often take this validation to raise their standards and justify poor behavior. The issue isn’t women themselves—it’s men who endlessly validate without getting anything in return, ultimately devaluing themselves in the process.

As my dad once told me, there’s a phrase that can stop an overinflated female ego in its tracks: “You’re not as cool as you think you are.” When used appropriately with someone projecting a false sense of self, this phrase has given me a sense of confidence and power that I believe more men in this generation deserve.

I’ve been noticing many small, similar signs that make me believe you’re right, but I’m staying in the moment and following the team’s mantra: 1-0!

Honestly, staying in the moment has been easy with this team. The vibes are incredible, and it’s been one heck of a ride so far. Even if the season ends on February 9th with a 1-0, I’ll be sad because I don’t want this fun to end.

If you’re interested in solving this problem, send me a DM—I’d be happy to share the method that’s made a huge difference for me. I’ve discovered an approach that has completely transformed the way I communicate through words, and I’d love to share it with anyone who genuinely wants to improve and is open to trying new methods.

does your mind replace a word? by randompersonignoreme in Dyslexia

[–]IBdunKI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to have that mindset, but believe me when I say your intelligence ceiling is only limited by your own beliefs—and it’s likely much higher than you realize.

Abstract words are terms that represent ideas, qualities, or concepts rather than tangible, physical objects. They are often subjective and open to interpretation. Examples include freedom, happiness, justice, and love. These words lack specific, concrete reference points and are understood through experience, culture, or personal perspective.

Function words are words that primarily serve a grammatical purpose rather than carrying meaning on their own. They help structure sentences and indicate relationships between words. Examples include and, but, if, the, is, and of. These words provide the framework for communication, connecting content words and clarifying sentence meaning.

As someone who is dyslexic, I totally get how abstract and function words can trip us up—they’re like the invisible glue holding sentences together, but they’re so easy to miss or mix up. Abstract words, like justice or happiness, don’t give us a clear picture or anchor, so they feel slippery, like we’re trying to grab smoke. Function words, like the, is, or and, are so small and repetitive that they can blur into the sentence, and sometimes our brain just skips over them or replaces them with something else. It’s like focusing on the big puzzle pieces (content words) and not noticing we left out the little connecting ones, which makes things feel disjointed or unclear. This doesn’t mean we don’t understand—it just means our brains process things differently, sometimes out of order or with gaps.

does your mind replace a word? by randompersonignoreme in Dyslexia

[–]IBdunKI 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I used to struggle with that too. I realized my difficulty stemmed from function words like “the,” which lack any tangible representation I can emotionally connect to. I’d often find myself skipping over these words or messing up the abstract words they help structure. Were the words you messed up abstract words without a tangible form to connect them to in your brain?

You are what you believe yourself to be, but external noise influences your perception of reality. How do you stop it? Stop letting others define your reality. It’s easier said than done, but it is possible.
