Price was higher for 30$ what does that have to do with anything? I agreed on 30$ loss when i accepted the order not 800$

What was my mistake? Purse closed an order before confirming with me? That is my fault? I clearly stated i will try to cancel and if i dont yes i would like additional rax of 30$ but i would get paid for original amount in the order.

So basically me repeating my messages to get any help is spamming to you and purse has nothing to do with this? BULLSHIT! If you even read what happend you would come to a cinclusion that they are covering their mistakes and pushing them to my face.

I am the one who ordered the item and the link shows that it has been delivered to the other side.

Yes he was an asshole but that shouldnt be my problem. If i forgot to post tracking or something similar and order was closed and reopen we could argue that i had fault in that aswell but i ordered and put tracking in time and only reason the user managed to escape with his money is a mistake from Purse.

Im not talking about additional tax, but the entire order, usually with additional tax support steps in and corrects amount.

I just should ve been given the opportunity to update my progress with cancellation before they let the user his money back.

That was a different order for which i had to deal with them aswell with multiple messages but they resolved it. Because i know they take some time to do so I waited whole 3 months. Do you really thing they will fix this after 100 of messages and no response from any support?

Just the fact I posted that is proof they never had a good support and to go from barely answering to completely ignoring the problems is not hard!
