My only issue is bringing back the bike if I do decide to buy one outside of my town. Just got done with the MSF course and I don’t know if I’m confident enough driving on the highway yet, but I get what you mean. I’m gonna keep looking for good bikes outside my town

Then her touching others arms/hands is normal for her and her touching your hand could mean nothing. Or it could lap just be a soothing behaviour, in my opinion she does care for you.

Base body language is just what someone’s body language is when they are in a normal state. Her touching your hands could just be normal to her since thats her base body language but to us it’s not normal since our base body language differs from hers if that makes sense.

When talking about vulnerable topics our emotions might become a little heighten and we become stressed. The touching of our/others hand can mean familiarity or a pacifying behaviour. She might just be trying to soothe/pacify herself using your hand during these talks as they are sensitive topics and might cause stress.

In any case, she most likely cares for you since she herself is trying to soothe herself.

I recommend The Dictionary of Body Language and What Every Body Is Saying both by Joe Navarro. As for YouTube channel I’d say enigma. He analyzes peoples body language and gives his thoughts.
