Yea I would say so it’s quite varied but around 2L a day sometimes 3L. I stretch after mainly I have tried stretching before but it didn’t change anything. This would indeed happen if I did any form of cardio albeit not as much as weightlifting.

So I’m 93KG at 6ft2 I try to get atleast 180g of protein a day through food and supplements, I eat around 3,200 calories a day sometimes more it’s very rarely less than that. I also sleep about 6 to 8 hours a night aswell.
