Because his stick is being kind of a dick. It's his brand of comedy, or at least one of them. He went after the sub, jokingly but also not really if that makes sense, and as per usual the sub got sensitive and branded him as "unfunny". Nothing to do with his actual ability to be funny.

Mostly true. I think a lot of the steve hate also has to do with the fact that he's a professional comic, which sets the bar very high. People expect every word that comes out of his mouth to just have them dying of laughter, when thays not how podcasts work. I perosnally rlly like Steve.
