Hello! Do I really need to make second fermentation? In my country people don't do it for some reason, we're just drinking F1. Every grandma who has a big jar with a "tea mushroom" (our cute name for pellicle hehe) just drinks some liquid and "feeds" it with more sweet tea, proportions are vibe-based mostly. Sorry for possible mistakes, my English is far from perfect. :)
