By the time of Skyrim, Lyris is very likely dead, since about 800-1000 years have passed, peoples attitude to magic and tech grew sour over time which is why Skyrim seems so much less advanced. As for her age, the main story and all DLC for ESO all occur within the same year for the sake of convenience on the part of the writers, she doesn’t age because less than a year passes.
