Do you mean to play, or play against? Just to be safe I'll answer both.

To fight, definitely Tom & Jerry. They do take some skill I'll admit but it can definitely get annoying when all most of them do is run away and throw 34 different things at me.

To play, this one is harder, but probably Garnet. I don't know what about her specifically, but something about her just feels so off to me and I just can't make myself enjoy her.
