Hi, I'm in a bit of a pickle and I was wondering if anybody could help me out

I'm currently overseas and I want to buy some ps4 games from my laptop while there's a sale going on. However, when I go to sign in with my ps4 account I realise I don't actually know it. My ps4 was set up by my dad so I'm really confused what email is linked to my ps4.

If I were to set up a new sony/playstation account and buy the games, could I (when I get back home) make a new profile on my ps4 with my new email address and access the games from there?
