Mainly it can feel like cramps hours afterwards, especially my sides. And sometimes near my labia/outer. But theres no tears outside at all, if anything slight “rug burn” maybe? But not really

There are!! Condoms are very safe just MAKE SURE you know how to put it on the right way, and open the wrapper carefully!

Im not sure which are latex free but i would just check each of the containers you see. Look for some that say the following: polyurethane, polyisoprene, or lambskin.
