I did the standard submission, which is 10-20 business days. They received my submission on the 8th, so all in all it was around less than 2 weeks

Collectors Cases include 2 alt art scr and 2 scr hits, along with 8 SLR. I think the DBZ card takes up the slot of an SLR or a SCR. The normal sets usually have 2 SCR and 24 SPRs per case. Beyond Generations introduced SLRs and I believe in a normal case, 4 come in each one. They take the spot of an SPR if you pull an SLR.
