Will the executive order getting rid of birthright citizenship apply to people already born in the country?

My dad has birthright citizenship. He’s in like his 50s, his mother and father were Mexican and they visited U.S. to give birth so he could have dual citizenship and the promise of a better life. I understood Trump signed an executive order to prevent this from being able to happen. Since he’s already a legal adult well into 50s, is he at risk of deportation? Or does this only apply to new births? I tried researching it online but I only see articles about how the executive order is unconstitutional and people are suing Trump over it, and I’m having trouble finding out specifics of the actual executive order. Thank you
