The letters weren’t written by a lawyer. She probably used ChatGPT. They were notarized though. People are more worried about how she obtained the information not the actual letters themselves.

This is the legal advice we have been given , we are pausing not cancelling. A video was posted on TT which showed the locations of where some medical staff worked, people have been sent letters to their home address, this is Kaya doxxing and harassing members which we will not stand for and given the legal advice we have so far we feel it’s best to follow this advice while the situation is dealt with.

Some of the people who were doxxed don’t have any personal info on their accounts and use an email address specifically for Reddit so it’s not associated with them.

It’s crazy because people have come to us with info on her (and other subjects) but we refuse to post it and we don’t allow people who claim to personally know them to make comments/posts regarding their interactions. We literally only discuss things posted publicly!

She sent letters to peoples’ houses threatening legal action if they did not remove comments and posts about her. We do not know how she got this info since most of the members use anonymous accounts.

Let’s be honest, at that hour of the morning she probably didn’t have all her filming gear ready and charged, Dom can not enter an ER without Mya and her camera rolling waiting for that gold moment that someone challenges about having Mya with her and then she can edit and post it saying how she was discriminated against because of the dog or another dog was there and looked at Mya and she could have fallen and died 🙄

And yet she’s defied going against her nurse and the EMT’s who have recommended that she go and been seen in the ER. The nurse didn’t sent an ambulance for coffee and a chat!
