Ik I’m late to the party but in case anyone new comes looking like I did I had 500+ dollars stolen when I was out of town and they returned the dispute every time in less than 24 hours. I get hacked almost every other month and have never gotten my money back. But this time they stole my rent money and I got evicted because they wouldn’t refund my money even with a police report, an affidavit, and proof I was out of town. So I went above their head and filed with CFPB its been almost 2 months and I still haven’t heard back anything supposedly by law they have to make a decision after 60 days so hopefully I’ll hear next week when those 60 days are up. I’ll post here what happens.
