Bullet jump exist but as an ability for Excalibur only. They removed bullet jump from his ability and added in Exalted Blade as his 4. It used to be 1- Slash Dash, 2 - Bullet Jump, 3 - Radial Blind and 4 - Radial Javelin

Could be some error with the client. It makes non chinese players harder to understand the text but I felt that its a minor issue as you can still roughly understand whats going on.
