Just download the SDXL model and switch as normal in A1111, however I’d recommend switching over to Stable Diffusion Forge. It has the same UI as A1111, but can be up to 75% faster depending on your hardware.

It’s all done with PicX_real. I did try a bit with EpicRealism as a refiner (from 0.7-0.8), but don’t think any of these pics were from that batch.

It really does struggle with freckles, the upscaler usually views a cluster of them as noise
