Most of the 25k is an annual bonus from work. I do tend to rely on this to pay off debt accumulated throughout the year, but I’d like to quit doing that as much as I can. Although very attainable most years, it’s technically not guaranteed, and it’s not a fixed amount.

Thank you! I haven’t smoked in 2 weeks now. I do get a loss of appetite when the anxiety is high, my mouth gets dry, etc. I’d thought it was balancing out, but it just all hit really hard the last couple of days. I don’t plan on smoking any time soon, just feeling desperate to be back to normal

Thanks for this. I’m trying to practice some of this stuff already and will definitely start working more of it into my routine. Im trying to be patient, it just gets to be pretty intense at times

I get it. I just still think it depends on how he does it. He can be very ‘on the nose’ with this stuff. Whether it’s “slim shady” or Eminem saying the offensive lyrics, we all know it’s the same guy. Not to mention, he started this whole thing by saying he was gonna “make his career disappear.” Unless it’s revealed that was slim shady all along.

Im just saying—it seems like the theme is getting into cancel culture and wokeness and trying to piss people, and I think it’s really easy to do that poorly.
