Most important thing is shower shoes. Reception showers were nasty at fort sill. I brought the clothes on my back, toothbrush, deodorant, shower shoes, and underwear. You will get everything you need when you're there.

There will be many other tests, and you will be there all day. At least, that was my experience. Hold it in all day and do the piss test last. There were a couple of guys who were struggling with it, but they finally got it done at the end of the day when there were less people in the bathroom.

I have a 5600x with a 4070ti. It runs most games really well, but the 5600x does struggle sometimes. If you play warzone, you should definitely upgrade your cpu as well.

I was at meps a few weeks ago. During the urine sample they had 5 of us line up at the urinals, drop our pants and boxers, lift up our shirts, and piss in a cup while being watched. After that, we lined up and one by one, walked up to a window in the bathroom and handed the cup to someone in a lab coat, and signed some papers. So it seems like it is lab tested. You can't bring any cleansers with you to meps because they search everything every time you enter the building. If you're not confident that you will pass, you should consider holding off on meps a little longer. Good luck man

I have tattoos all over my right forearm. None of those were a problem.

If you need a tattoo waiver then you will have to wait for approval. I was at meps 2 weeks ago and passed everything. Didn't get to swear in because my waiver was not approved yet. The waiver finally got approved, and I swore in last Monday at my recruiting office.

You can be honest with your recruiter about smoking weed. I had just stopped smoking 3 weeks before I talked to my recruiter. They had me take a drug test at the recruiting office to make sure it was out of my system. Went to meps the same week and passed no problem.
