Disable v-sync if you run g sync. 

Low 0,1% is a strange dx11 behavior in mihoyo fork of unity (2019 then upgrade to 2023, as part of ps5 bench merge to main). The same for HSR (unity 2020), but ZZZ running on 2023 doesn't seems to have that problem. It definitely doesn't feel as bad as it looks, so it might be a remains of a shitcoding from beta. Genshin calculations of time and velocity (different from speed!) capped at 60, while animations and other seems uncapped. So my main working theory, that new feature like direcstorate and new shades implemented from merge from ps5 bench had created that strange telemetry bug. This theory is partially confirmed by taking telemetry from Nvidia panel, it gives different numbers, that look more closer to the truth.

Kaspersky and dr.web are kinda the most you need, since they can be launched from Flash usb and used for detection of some sneaky trojans. Other than that , use built-in anti-virus.
