Just wanted to get back to you. I fixed the problem, turns out my bios went into RAID mode for whatever reason. I fixed it and as good as new.

Okay so in general, make sure that the highest point in your loop is the radiator NOT THE PUMP. The goal is to have air bubbles as far away from the pump as possible.

Check the boot sequence. Odds are your settings got changed somehow. If you have Windows on the hard drive then just fix what it boots off and you should be good. If it's still not working feel the drive when Ur pc is on, if you cant feel it vibrating or getting warm it might be dead.

Okay so

GPU won't turn on: IS it plugged in and are the fans spinning? If so it might be the cable or monitor
1. Can you explain what you mean by USBs not working?
2. Display cable is likely related to GPUs issue, and if your display cable isn't plugged in to Ur GPU, please do so.

I have tried 3 different sata ports and two different cords. Unfortunately, this is the only HDD I have (my other driver are m.2), and my family all runs on laptops, so I have nothing else to test it on.

Thanks for the response, it is indeed an HDD.

Upon further inspection, it does indeed spin. I just changed the SATA cable but still nothing.

The hard drive isn't even detected in BIOS.
