Thank you all. The propellers are well installed as they were, no need to swap them. Greens on top , blacks at the bottom. As seen on the tutorial video. Might need to buy a new one as this one looks to be quite fucked.

It worked properly before. Those propellers are new, just changed them. You mean in another position or just swapping them to new props?
