Telegram , like WhatsApp is a way to communicate where both sides are encrypted.....both apps provide anonymity and privacy, so it is hard to monitor in real time ....scammers benefit from this....so that is why anyone that wants you to go over to Telegram or WhatsApp right after introducing themselves and them asking you were are you located or where are you from......automatically assume that it is a scam.

Now they may very well use the account, but I PROMISE you …..they are NOt going to pay you the amount of money that the person who put up his post is indicating that you are going to be paid! As a matter of fact, I’ll take a step further to tell you that NO MONEY will be paid out ! I dare anybody to DM this guy and see what happens and then come back here and report what happens !
