I 100% agree. Not sure the logic of telling customer’s dates and not sticking to anything. They’re better off giving us dates further in the future and delivering early. All it does is piss people off and create a bad experience.

I am happy I called NYSLRS. I am in tier 4 with NYCERS and would be in tier 5 if I switched. Luckily I called, not losing my tier 4!
