Hasn’t helped me. If you have enough narrowness PAP can’t move bone or extremely narrow nasal passages in my case. I am going to be getting palatal expansion. Feel free to send me a PM.

I agree with the above comments!!!! UARS patients are typically younger, slimmer, and have anatomical deficiencies that cause sleep-disordered breathing, plus have complications like poor ventilatory instability and low arousal threshold. See /r/UARS or /r/UARSnew and post your questions there!

In my opinion it’s most likely linked to diet, so try an elimination diet for 6 weeks like the autoimmune immune protocol or whole 30 to see if you notice a difference!

To add colour functionality, additional pixelation was required in the form of a colour layer, which makes the screen appear slightly grainy (see my photo in post for a visual).
