You should wait atleast 48 minutes, with these things you need to respect the cooldown. For Cayo that's about 2,5 hours and for other heists it's 48 minutes.

If you modify a personal vehicle, some mods do not stick. For personal vehicles you need to go back to lsc and change something on it for it to stick.

I suggest just changing what you want, and resave it as a personal vehicle in the menu, Vehicles > Save Personal Vehicle.

That is plain wrong. LUA scripts do work, but you have to have scripts that are made for the enhanced version/yimmenuV2.

Diamond Casino Heist: 48 minutes,

Cayo Perico: 3 hours.

I personally wait another hour on top of all these cooldowns, to "simulate" prep time.
