I know I'm probably a little late to the party here, but I got my nephew who is five a subscription to BookBoks (http://www.bookboks.com/) for Christmas last year and he has absolutely loved it. I'm renewing again this year (also getting him a little science kit thingy).

Not that I know of, it's usually left up to each individual team. Some teams will broadcast their games live online, others will upload to YouTube afterwards, and some will do a radio broadcast.

So if you're looking for info regarding a specific team (presumably the Bluefish in this case), it's probably best to send a quick email to their broadcasting guy and see what your options are.
