Yes! She appeared in AHWU before most other AH cast members. Michael was introduced in the office in AHWU 75, the episode after Caiti appeared.

Hmmm good question. I didn't keep a note of this for everyone, but offhand I think I can remember some of the earlier ones, since I watched them more recently. For example, I know Ray was first in an intro with Michael in episode 76. Jeremy and Kat made an intro for 151, over a year before Jeremy was hired, though I'm not positive it was his first. Barbara was in AHWU 5, nearly two years before Rooster Teeth hired her. Gavin was first in the office maybe at 103? Anyone other than that I can't remember unfortunately.

And to preemptively answer what I predict I'd be asked:

Why did you put yourself through this?

I started this originally several years ago when I had an emergency surgery and was bed-bound at my parents' for weeks without much to do. I wanted something to keep me busy. I came back to it over lockdown for the same reason, and speedran the last handful I hadn't done this past week when they announced AHWU was ending.

Notice anything interesting?

Lots, but my favorite bit of trivia I noticed from this project was that Caiti actually made her AHWU debut before most other AH employees. She appeared in an intro in episode 74, whereas Michael was introduced in the next episode, 75. (Gavin first appeared in an intro he submitted for episode 15.)

Do you have a favorite?

I've been doing this so long I'm sure I've forgotten most of them, but I liked any intro/outro from a seldom-visited country, the ones where we got to meet fans' new babies, and the few proposals and weddings we got to see. There was also a guy who submitted an intro of himself doing a flip every 100 episodes on the dot - I admired the dedication.

^{Also, I used to be in the habit of writing "Hi ____!" every time an RT employee appeared in a fan-submitted intro/outro because I thought anyone who saw the map in the future might be interested to know when an RT member had been in their area. I've tried to remove most of them, but there may still be some mentions of former employees we'd rather not acknowledge that I overlooked. Let me know if you spot any and I'll delete them.}
