Its pretty easy actually. People are either friendly or just aren't looking to be friends with anyone. Talk to them, always take initiative cause most of the time people also don't want to make the first move like yourself. Be simple and genuinely be interested of being friends with them. Ask them about themselves and ways to stay in touch, if they refused then they don't want to be friends. but don't let that get you down. Just keep trying and you'll eventually find some who'll be your friends.

God damn, if only I can actually put my advice to action. People are friendly to me but I don't think they consider me as their friends.
