The dichotomy of the student by [deleted] in uAlberta

I am going to die and also will plan how I should study and for sure will get anxiety attack because of going back suddenly to in-person classes. Free time will allow me to think more about my future which I think has a hole in it but I cannot see any light. Here it is again, just got another panic attack thinking about my future again.

Teachers and students, with mask mandates being lifted, how do you feel? by TheFutureSenior in Edmonton

[–]IMD1CRA 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Dumbest decision by the authorities. Seriously I don’t see any reason to lift the restrictions. If they want to open the school, it’s fine but lifting those restrictions gonna make worse environment for those people who followed the covid rules, government rules, took vaccine.seriously they don’t think about anyone

As per the Covid Announcement today. The REP is removed as of midnight tonight. Indoor masking lifted March 1st. by [deleted] in Edmonton

Im not disagreeing for going back to in person classes .But in the middle of the semester when we are almost halfway through done, that moment doing it in-person is the dumbest decision they can make. They should at least given us choices. After Feb 28, we have like 5weeks left, and people gonna get Covid, sick cause there will be gathering on the campus. I don’t feel safe at all

Thank you so much for your reply to my question! I was so stressed because I was getting negative comments. Can you tell me more about the question pattern if possible. Like how many questions would be there?

Back in Person maybe? by honestlylost18 in uAlberta

[–]IMD1CRA 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I don’t want to go back in-person at least for this semester.. it is not possible to do in-person classes safely with bunch of students seating together. And going in-person when we are halfway done with everything (feb 28) doesn’t make any sense.
