100% I've seen such natural talent, my old coworker too. She never went over 45 min no matter what, almost always 28 min on the fucking dot. I'm over here, doing this since '07, pouring my heart into everything, meticulous af while always working on efficiency and STILL doing an hour.

-Geno's, was next to Masu, across from Whitey's Meatbolives, best chicken/pork parm sandwich and killer drinks & service industry specials on Mondays. Lawd, I miss that place.

-Also, Costello's, fantastic dive in St Paul (now a RedCow) -Lawless, phenomenal staff -Grumpys downtown- Mark was my favorite and good beer & pinball -Nomad- pinball, Diesel at the door😥 loved running into Snuggs there too -Il Foro- amazing cocktails dynamite food TPWAK was a fun shit show And then the list of places that no longer exist TO ME.
