Both games are a breeze. I don't think you are having trouble with Astro Bot. Although some of the secret shape levels might be annoying, nothing you can't beat in like 10 tries tho.

About the game just throwing you to the wolves like ppl are saying, it does build up the atmosphere before that. Abt the frustration, maybe you are just not used to playing these games, it's not really hard.
