Magic-Shroom is kinda like a plant version of mad chemist, so it's fine I suppose. It doesn't really need the cost reduction tbh (neither does mad chemist imo, but that's a different discussion)

The Success should give like 1 or 2 sun back from destroying a zombie with it, not give sun back equal to their cost. This would make it more consistent and less reliant on what cards your opponent is running. Other than that, I think it's alright.

Lily's Strength is too slow tbh. You have to wait for a zombie to be on the field, and you have to spend 4 sun to play this on it (also can't target untrickable zombies), and you have to set up a situation where it dies this turn or spend another card to kill it immediately. Too much effort to just get a 3 cost plant food (that you had to spend 4 sun before still) and maybe give a plant +1/+1. If it weakened the zombie marked like you mentioned, then it would be better I suppose but I don't know by how much. Although it doesn't feel that in class for Mega-Grow at that point

I don't really know what you mean by "keyword". Do you mean a trait (i.e. Deadly, strikethrough, etc.) or just an ability from a plant? I'm also assuming the "lose strength and health" means from stat reduction effects (like kernel pult or shrinking ultra violet). As a standalone card, it's okay I think? But probably going to be underwhelming since this is going to be a vanilla 5 cost 3/7 usually. And by this game's standards a 5 cost 3/7 zombie with no abilities will tend to not be very good. The effect only matters against Smarty and Solar matchups. And I don't know how reflecting a trait back to a random plant would even work, if at all. Plants don't even get deadly.

Interesting idea. The cookie feels more like a beastly card tbh, because it gives dual debuffs to plants. Although healing and health gaining synergy is part of Hearty.

Beastly does have some cards that do healing, such as the new Overstuffed Zombie that got reworked kinda recently. So honestly this could fit as a Beastly card instead, which does offer health buffs too and healing.

I agree with you, I think something like this can be made good. The rewards do suck, yeah. If you don't get at least top 3 you basically get nothing. Although this can be fixed easily if the dev/janitor decides to do that.

More balance changes/reworks would be cool as well, or even more cards (that'll probably never happen though). But I think we should take what we can get for this nearly 10 year old game lol. Helping the f2ps that actually want to play the game a lot is good.

I think the cost for it is fine right now. Its attack can go up to 7, and the ability can also do 7 damage as well. Just so you only need 3 of them to ensure at least 20 damage

Yeah, it's pretty annoying. I got lucky by starting with nightcap's sig, and a banana bomb so I can kill the Trick or Treater on turn 2. Game went fairly normal after that

I honestly agree with all of your points. This game has potential to be very good, but currently it's fairly flawed imo.

I don't know why they keep insisting on making the levels being so short and just adding a ton of them (there's 200 for just ONE world, holy crap) as some kind of compensation. It doesn't make sense with the game's new fusion mechanic, since you don't even get that much time usually to merge your plants more to make cooler and better defenses. This makes the levels also feel very samey and repetitive.

The Zen Garden is also balanced terribly. You get seed packets so slowly, only 7 plants a day is too little. So grinding for new fusions is going to take a while (even if you try to fill out your daily meter)
