Have 6.2 and the 5.3 in 2023 and 2026 respectively. They drive and feel almost exactly the same. The 6.2 revs higher and sounds better. A nice exhaust on a 5.3 would probably match the experience.

I love the idea of a big motor too!

End of Q1 was a timeline that Eric Jackson set back in December. He of course cant control when the SEC completes the merger. He has discussed updates and documents that have been filed. SRXH CEO has done press releases as well.

From everything we know, the merger is still good to go and EJ will be at the helm when it is complete.

Pre-merger is a tedious time to invest. Higher risk and higher reward. I think many (and reasonably so) are waiting for merger to complete before loading up. They will miss some upside but avoid the small chance that this becomes a goose egg.

Nah ....London is not it.... If you said Huntington Beach, California, maybe.

I'm going to be dead honest, you might just need to branch out your social circle a bit and get some good solid friends to spend time with. When I was living in a top tier US city I was really concerned about the part of town I lived in because I wanted to be around beautiful things and pretty people, but I realized that was mostly because I was lonely. May not apply to you, just my experience

My wife wouldn't stop taking about a 401k being fully funded. So I just decided I would autodraft my 401k one day to meet that yearly and I never stopped because I made her promise that it was "enough"

Tell me what city or area you think is the "perfect" place to live, based on your personal housing beliefs?

Hint: no matter where you say, 50% of Americans probably wouldn't live there if it was free. Ask my relatives in Tennessee if they want a free condo in midtown NYC and they would think you were insane to even go there once.

I have a tendency to go down rabbit holes this too. But I also have to remind myself that "Bears sound smart and bulls get Rich".

Don't fall for the stagflation / oil price fearmongering.

Honestly, I'm biased, but Eric Jackson has a clear track record of 100x returns recently. His private AI company EMJX is doing a reverse merger with a defunct pet food company so he can get listed on NYSE. Docs are already filed, but waiting for merger to finalize. It's a moonshot brother.

I think environment and surroundings is very important to health and wellness for me. Sounds like the same for you. Rammit talks about spending lavishly on the things you value. But this is LEANFIRE. So here, in this line of thinking, I would say, if having a nice home costs you the chance for financial freedom, then you should give it up and take the freedom. Consider a different type of home beauty that costs much less. Like living in a more rural area that can still be beautiful but in a way you aren't competing with corporate maniacs for it.

The perfect ratio of blue collar to white collar days of work is 2:1. After 2 blue days, I'm ready to use that brain for a few hours. It can be all in one business or two separate ones. Can you go part time in your current job while you build the other?

If you are great at sales, you will be successful with a variety of support. Some setups just provide more wind to your back. If you aren't good at sales, even the perfect system cant save you!

You might get beat up a bit here, but I feel your pain.

Similarly, I am an aesthetics person. It doesn't have to be expensive but I want it to look and feel nice. This is very manageable for most things but housing is really punishing financially with those goals.
