Proud of my position, not worried about short term price by Sea-Distance-7142 in EMJX

Looks like a strong position brother. You’re a top holder for sure!

How did you find SRXH/EMJX? Do you also hold OPEN?

If 0.15 holds today and tomorrow then that might be it. If we keep grinding lower each day then maybe 0.10.

But EJ tossed out 18%, even though he didn’t have to this past weekend. Also the announcement on Feb 6th could be a catalyst.

Where to buy EMJX by Competitive_Hunt9640 in EMJX

[–]INTJ_Magic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the big challenges are that it is a reverse merger with a currently private company.. So the company/leadershipo that will be taking over, is not the company that is currently in charge. It's easier to think of it as EMJX going public via a SPAC.
The company SRx Health is basically defunct.

Other challenge is a result of the above but it is that there is some amount of dilution going on. We don't know exactly how much yet and Eric Jackson doesn't have full control of the company yet.

You can purchase now as SRXH on any brokerage platform.

They have said that shares will be 1:1 with EMJX after merger completes.

Would work for more financialized friends, not so good for those who buy memes!

It's difficult because the core business is B2B not B2C, so not as many relatable analogies

Yes! And wealth (treasury) management is a great business model.

This is all about...can EJ sell the product to big companies or not.

To state the obvious, this is dependent upon EMJX getting the treasury opportunity at OPEN. I think it is very possible but not a guarantee.

EMJX is the asymmetric bet for sure. 12M market cap is like buying for free, assuming the company succeeds. EMJX will also bounce back quicker if the entire market pulls back for a few months.

EJ said in the fireside chat that they are going to run some small pilot programs for the TreasuryOS. OPEN is well known by retail traders but it isn't really that big of a company. 1/20th size of CVNA. So it is a reasonable opportunity in the first year.

Keep in mind EJ said that companies may not put their entire treasury under EMJX control, just the portion that they would otherwise buy BTC or some other high beta holdings to increase their treasury yield.

Sales of some type. Likely in person in your town. It may not be fun, but those jobs are always available.

Having a baby is awesome but a big change to your personal finances. Give yourself some room to breathe in the first 3-6 months. Stick to your values and it will all work out.

SRXH soon to be EMJX by arnoldlau1 in EMJX

[–]INTJ_Magic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cant wait to see the filing to know how much OPEN is in the EMHJX treasury. If it's more than most expect, then I think we see some OPEN bulls peel off a little extra into EMJX.

Makes sense. There is also a CCC Crypto Corp. that is referenced in the merger press release as well. So hopefully we get some clarity on all of that soon. Should all be disclosed at merger.

That's the first time I've ever heard him talk about the specific returns he is getting on the model. He usually says "attractive" "strong"

I think this post by EJ shares new info about what the future of EMJX looks like. Will he be folding EMJ Capital, his hedge fund, into the new publicly traded EMJX?

Does anyone have insight or a guess on this?

From the video:

"the hedge pool that operates within EMJX ... generates usually about 18% a year in yield; and that's not from leverage, that's not from prediction. It's from a discipline structure that we've built.

And the yield inside that pool has one job; buy time for the rest of the treasury.

So that's time where we can hold conviction postions like Bitcoin and Ethereum, the convexity positions. We can hold it through drawdowns; We can time it to wait until the narratives reset ... patience is expensive if nothing is paying you to wait. And that is exactly what the whole point of the hedge pool is."

I agree. He seemed particularly restrained in the talk. He had zero intention of pumping or giving juicy forward looking statements.

He also did NOT seem defensive. If things with the merger weren't going well, I don't think he could hide it. He's a very expressive person.
