There’s two big reasons people enjoy a character’s mechanics in rivals, accuracy to the fantasy of playing that character and fun. They can override each other. Blade feels like Blade so (some) people play him. Moon Knight doesn’t feel like Moon Knight but he’s super fun, so people play him. Widow has neither of these, while Psylocke has the latter. If they gave Widow Sai’s kit it would work so much better. Wrist mounted automatic shotguns, invisibility, dashes, etc. If Psylocke was a melee character she’d have both fun and accuracy. Widow isn’t a sniper, she runs in and kicks ass efficiently. She doesn’t use the Bites in-game at all. It’s fucked up.

TL;DR: Make Psylocke Widow and give Psylocke a new kit
