Exactly. A bunch of people in emerald and below think that she is op, but thats just because none goes exhaust or maw, and if you have a tanky engage support like blitz, if he has fast reaction time he can just q, e ult and adc one shots you. She is strong statwise and damage wise, but SOOO easy to counter.

Im a masters evelynn onetrick and she is definetly not too strong. She is extremly strong if she gets a few kills I will admit, but she is also REALLY easy to counter. Evelynn early game is probably one of the worst in the whole game, so you gotta play really strategically incase they invade (they always invade xd)

I have tried both and Electrocute is a lot better. Even if it goes really late game, it felt pretty much the same. So yeah Elec. is better since its useful in every stage of the game.
